Welcome

Having always felt a profound affinity for the angelic realm, this connection has significantly influenced my journey. I had visions with archetypes and angels during many of my life's challenges. 

Beginning with a practice of Zen Meditation, (sitting and moving meditation) at The Blue Dragon School in Arcata, California in 1976, I resided with other students and Zen master, Rev. Gilbert, who was in residence. This time taught me how to meditate and to begin to learn the art of detachment.

My early oracle work included divinations from the I Ching, the Runes, and the Medicine Cards.

In the 1980's and 90's, I studied Congolese, West African, Afro-Brazilian, Afro-Cuban, and Haitian dance and rhythm. All of these art forms incorporated dance, rhythm, song, and mythologies from the archetypes of the Yoruba tradition. The archetypes are called the Orishas, the divine forces of Nature. I have studied the rhythms, songs, and movement of the Orishas, as well as, having a deep understanding of the energies they embody.

In 2010, I was fortunate to have traveled to Salvador, Brazil, to further study dance, rhythm, song, and stories of the Orishas from an elder Griot. In addition, I was able to attend ceremonies and rituals in the tradition of Candomble', an experience rarely offered to visitors.

After the passing of my father in 2009, I started working with the Archangels, the angelic frequencies. After attending International Angel Day in 2011, I found Mark Mezadourian, a local Angel Therapist. I attended his "Angel Circle" group weekly for meditation and to learn to give guidance to others.  I have found a beautiful connection with the Archetypes of the Orishas and the Archetypes of the Archangels.

The Angels are always with us, we just have to ask for their guidance.
My work, designing and executing rituals is not so much about the ritual itself, but about the focused act of intention and mindfulness through ceremony.
